Job Responsibilities - - HR Plan Assist HR team for yearly Frontline HR Plan - Allocation, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Performance Management; - Recruitment & Allocation Manage end to end Frontline Recruitment process; Prepare Recruitment Report on a weekly basis; - Training & Development Onboarding training to the new employees; Time by time training regarding the changes and update of Frontline HR policies & process; - Performance Management Monitor store employees performance on the monthly basis; Assist HR Head to do yearly/bi yearly evaluation of the Frontline employees; - Employee Relationship Handle 201 files and Master list of the Frontline employees; Handle Frontline employees lifecycle include: Onboarding, adjustment, promotion and resignation; Propose for Frontline employee relationship enhance plan; Handle Frontline Employee escalations; Frontline Employee discipline management. Job Requirements - - Educational Level Bachelor degree and above major in Human Resources or Psychology related; - Year of Experience 3 to 5 years HR working experience, especially Retail HR Management; - Professional field Experience with entire recruitment process; Able to prepare training materials and give training to the employees; Experience in handling employees' concerns and trouble shooting; Experience with performance management; Experience with employee relationship. - Personality Good communication skills and outgoing to the others; Work in details with data processing; Positive and optimistic to overcome the problems; Willing to learn and share the knowledge to the others; Other Additional We prefer the candidates who have experience worked in big companies that experienced the high standards of the work process.
