- Research businesses online to identify potential leads and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to HR departments, clinic owners, and other target contacts.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and appointment setting.
- Uphold professionalism and represent the company positively during all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of appointment setting or similar role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence.
- Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (required).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilience and persistence in handling high call volumes daily.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
