We are seeking a motivated BIM Civil Engineer (Japanese bilingual) with a solid architectural background to join our dynamic engineering team.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our design and construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.The role is ideal for individuals with a clear vision for their career, long-term commitment, and a desire to grow within the organization.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage BIM models (mainly architectural and civil) using tool
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency
  • Perform clash detection and design coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support construction and site teams with updated drawings and visualizations
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, 4D scheduling, and other BIM-based analyses as needed
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows
  • Perform drawing review tasks as part of our pre-screening BIM skill evaluation
