- Collaborate with the media buying team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Adapt creative assets across different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Implement feedback quickly and iterate designs based on performance data.
- Stay up to date with creative trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Canva, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles for performance creatives (contrast, hierarchy, CTA clarity, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience.
- Experience designing landing pages or advertorial assets.
