Sales Manager

• Oversee all sales transactions and tracks the sales performance of the sales team to ensure that sales quotas and other department KPIs are met.
• Coordinates closely with the GM for the vehicle ordering, forecasting and setting of sales targets.
• Plans and executes sales and marketing activities of the SCs including their selling efforts, cold calls, company visits.
• Come up with marketing promos to generate sales, makes recommendations to GM for selling strategies.
• Reports directly to the General Manager.
