JOB DESCRIPTION: Matching and Reviewing of the Purchase Order, PRF, Quotation, Invoices, IPR, Billing Statement, Accomplishment Report before recording in the QBO Check and process the validity and completeness of submitted form, receipts or other supporting documents required from the Various Project Sites PCF replenishment, CA liquidation and reimbursement of employee Reconcile & Recording of Expense with correct general ledger account & cost center using QuickBooks Online. Prepare a BIR 2307 for the taxes withheld to the supplier Create journal entries for month-end processing Verify journal entries and compare system reports to general ledger balances Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts payable aging, payment status, and cash flow impact. Preparing cheques for payment Weekly Release of cheque payments to vendors and ensures that they provide a receipt/invoice Make daily payments in QBO as completed accounts payable transactions that have already been paid via check or fund transfer. Review and process the weekly cash advance, payroll of workers for various projects corresponding accounts payable voucher . Updating and maintaining an organized Suppliers database, Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303) file and Check Monitoring Updating and maintaining an organized filing of subcontractor, trade contractor and supplier contract. Perform other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or any related courses. CPA is a plus but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or real estate development industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel are required. Familiarity with subcontractor billing, and retention tracking. Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations (VAT, EWT, BIR compliance).
