We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where all tea mbers' contributions are valued and respected.Position Overview: As the Marketing Assistant at Identity Architects, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand and engaging with our audience. You'll collaborate directly with our Business Development Director to implement exciting marketing strategies, create stunning graphics, and manage our social media presence. Your creativity will help showcase our architectural projects and tell our story!Key Responsibilities:Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Help maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and email newsletters.Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and infographics.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to produce project case studies and marketing collateral.Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to promote projects and brand initiatives.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.Content Creation:
Write and edit content for marketing materials, website, and social media posts.
Assist in managing the firm's blog and contribute relevant articles and updates.Event Coordination:
Support the planning of marketing events, trade shows, and presentations.
Create event promotional materials and assist with logistics.Administrative Tasks:
Maintain the marketing database and track marketing metrics.
Assist with budgeting and reporting for marketing activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the architectural or design industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with website management and SEO practices.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
