This is a high-impact, end-to-end role for someone who thrives at the intersection of eCommerce, growth marketing, media optimization, and product thinking.You’ll own how we attract new users and turn digital traffic into real conversions. From designing bold campaigns, optimizing spend, and building app features that convert—this role is for someone ready to make acquisition their playground.Lead GOMO’s acquisition strategy across emerging channels (GOMO App/Web, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Pandamart, etc.)Launch end-to-end campaigns and promos that balance creative storytelling with growth performanceOptimize CPA and channel efficiency across paid and performance mediaLead acquisition programs via GOMO’s app and web, working with product teams to co-design features that drive sign-upsAnalyze channel health and customer insights to guide ongoing campaign and product decisionsBuild post-mortem reviews and dashboards to track growth, efficiency, and ROISpot global best practices, trends, and tactical pivots to keep GOMO at the forefront of digital acquisitionEqual Opportunity Employer
