The Site Logistic Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging supplies, and spare parts. This role ensures that logistics activities effectively support manufacturing and engineering requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position works closely with internal teams to align warehousing plans with production schedules and company standards.Job Description:

Plan and coordinate warehousing needs in alignment with production and engineering forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely disposition of aging or expiring stocks.
Implement and maintain company guidelines for receiving, handling, and storage of materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to discipline, GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehousing operations and service levels.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics operations (inbound and outbound), preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory capacity with strong background in third party (3PL) management, including scheduling, manpower allocation, and warehouse operations.
Must have experience in process initiatives, project management
Must have experience in day-to-day warehouse operations, audits, and raw material supportability (crates and pallets).
Must be willing to work in varying environmental conditions (hot or cold).
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Must be amenable to assigned in Canlubang, Laguna with frequent travel to other warehouse and logistics facilities outside Laguna.
