- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to foster performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with other department heads, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support company objectives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embrace best practices to enhance operational excellence.
- Report to senior leadership on operational performance and progress on key initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving process improvements.
- Experience with operational software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
