Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies. Confirms product performance and conducts tests. Determine project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Maintain current production process and assist in the smooth transfer of new processes onto the production line. Develop and execute process characterization, validation, and material qualification plans. Assist in the transfer of newly developed products from R&D to production. Writing and executing protocol and test reports. Work closely with quality control to produce products that meet specifications and perform as designed. Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions for quality systems and production issues. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints. Performs everyday duties in accordance with accepted work safety practices and standards, established by the company in compliance with the provisions of existing laws and government standards. Conducts and/or attends manager/division meetings, orientations/ seminars/ training activities as required by supervisor. Performs cross-functional activities as needed. Performs other duties that may be assigned in relation to the current job.
