Service Crew

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or placing orders.
• Answer customer queries and address complaints politely and efficiently.

• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems for payments.
• Provide correct change and receipts.

• Prepare food and beverages according to established guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Keep workstations and dining areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure equipment and utensils are sanitized and well-maintained.

• Replenish supplies and restock items as needed.
• Report low inventory levels to supervisors.
