Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting IDs as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Facilitate, recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, document deliveries.
  • Preparing meeting rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and office correspondence.
  • Assist the respective department in compiling the biometrics system.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems and assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, office rules and regulations.
Starting Monthly Salary is PHP 17,000 + PHP 1,500 monthly food allowance
