- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting IDs as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Facilitate, recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, document deliveries.
- Preparing meeting rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Respond to emails and office correspondence.
- Assist the respective department in compiling the biometrics system.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems and assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, office rules and regulations.
