- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing)
- Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
- Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company's products, solutions, and related technologies.
- Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
- Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans.
- Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
- Oversee transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
- Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Proficient in a second language is highly desirable.
