JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Management & OD Supervisor is responsible in the execution and evaluation of people optimization initiatives relating to the development, engagement and succession for DMCI-Construction. The position is also responsible in assisting the Talent Management and OD Manager in the development and implementation of interventions designed to address gaps related to Employee Development and Engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning and Development Works closely with the BUs to have full understanding of their units and training requirements. Assists the TMOD Manager in developing Training Needs Analysis tools to provide targeted employee development programs. Ensures that Individual Development Plans are implemented and monitored. Evaluates training modules, both technical (with the help of the requesting party), soft skills and managerial programs being offered by the Training Providers. Assists the TMOD Manager in the IDP discussion for assigned individuals. Ensures completeness and accuracy of IDPs. Design training programs as needed. Maintains a tracking system in monitoring the effectiveness of implemented programs and expertise of training providers. Organizational Development Develops programs that promotes the corporate values and drives organizational culture in line with corporate objectives. Recommends programs that affect organization culture. Executes plans and programs designed to address identified organizational gaps. Recommends enhancement in the existing policies and procedures on how to improve Employee Engagement Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights to help understand employee engagement, understand the health of employee culture, and uncover opportunities for improvement of employee experience. Assists the Talent Management and OD Manager in creating and promoting a culture of engagement, inclusive leadership, commitment, and accountability, leveraging best practices Assists the Talent Management and OD Manager in ensuring that the delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any business related courses Experience : With at least 3 years' experience in Organizational Development and/or Talent Management with excellent oral and written communication skills Show more Show less
