Job DescriptionBrand and Business Development ManagerReporting to: COO and Managing DirectorDuties and Responsibilities:Brand Management
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Help shape and communicate company vision and mission in collaboration and coordination across all departments.
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” Revenue Growth
  • Execute tactical plans to meet and exceed growth sales targets.
  • Acquire new clients and new business through effective sales pitches and presentations.
  • Forms strategic partnerships with C-level decision-makers to influence and promote sales.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and provide opportunities to grow the business.
  • Analyze market trends and provides market feedback to top management on competitive offerings and market needs.
  • Gathering feedback from sales and analyzing consumer behavior to define our company's positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Business Development
  • Identifies profitable business opportunities and provides strategic direction to the sales team.
  • Research emerging industry trends and informs ManCom to expand research and study and marketing efforts.
  • Spearheads territory planning and management to spot and close opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintaining and manage a healthy sales pipeline from strategic marketing and leads generation.
  • Monitors status of business proposals and provides direction to close internal and external dependencies and identifies process enhancements if necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and penetration of new markets.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and positions aligned with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
Customer Experience
  • Develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failure, including the application of contract terms.
  • Actively supports and engages with experts and stakeholders to ensure that continuous improvements are identified through review and benchmarking processes.
  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience.
  • Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.
  • Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to clients to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
  • Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Establish communication mediums through which clients can readily contact the company and vice versa.
  • Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals.
  • Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience.
  • Oversee the merchandising of products to ensure purchase.
  • Develop customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience.
Other tasks and responsibilities
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned by management.
  • Participate in weekly showroom walkthrough.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly retail management meeting.
  • Provide feedback on overall client/customer journey and end to end process.
  • Conduct of daily showroom checklist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent
