- Research emerging industry trends and informs ManCom to expand research and study and marketing efforts.
- Spearheads territory planning and management to spot and close opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve revenue growth.
- Maintaining and manage a healthy sales pipeline from strategic marketing and leads generation.
- Monitors status of business proposals and provides direction to close internal and external dependencies and identifies process enhancements if necessary.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and penetration of new markets.
- Develop negotiation strategies and positions aligned with company strategies and operations.
- Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failure, including the application of contract terms.
- Actively supports and engages with experts and stakeholders to ensure that continuous improvements are identified through review and benchmarking processes.
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience.
- Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.
- Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to clients to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
- Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Establish communication mediums through which clients can readily contact the company and vice versa.
- Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals.
- Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience.
- Oversee the merchandising of products to ensure purchase.
- Develop customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience.
- Performs tasks that may be assigned by management.
- Participate in weekly showroom walkthrough.
- Participate in weekly/monthly retail management meeting.
- Provide feedback on overall client/customer journey and end to end process.
- Conduct of daily showroom checklist
- Proven working experience in brand marketing and business development of a luxury brand.
- Proven ability to develop brand, marketing and business development strategies.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
