Market Expansion & Opportunity Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as BPO, contact centers, enterprise organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions.
- Promote AI-driven communication and voice technologies that enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and coordinate closely with sales teams to support deal progression.
- Provide local market support throughout the sales cycle when needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including executives, procurement leaders, and industry influencers.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence in the Philippines market.
- Expand strategic partnerships and industry connections to support long-term market growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to local market needs.
- Work collaboratively with sales and customer success teams during negotiations, onboarding, and implementation phases.
- Support customer education and adoption of AI-powered communication technologies.
- Provide insights on local market trends, competitive developments, and industry opportunities.
- Share structured feedback with internal teams to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement and messaging.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales roles.
- Strong background in technology, SaaS, or BPO-related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and advancing B2B partnerships within the Philippines market.
- Established professional network within enterprise and BPO ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; familiarity with local languages is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions related to voice, communication platforms, or AI-driven tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Based in the Philippines and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Highly proactive and self-driven with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to navigate diverse business environments.
- Skilled collaborator who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
