
IT Service Desk Analyst (AU Aged Care, Hybrid)

- Minimum of ITIL foundations certification, higher levels are desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Service Desk, IT support role or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
- G-Suite / Google workspace.
- Office 365.
- Printer management and administration.
- Microsoft Server.
- Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft Terminal Services.
- Linux Server Administration.
- Virtualisation Technology (ESXi, Xen Server Hyper-V).
- Storage Area Networking.
- TCP/IP Networking.
- Virtual Private Networking.
- Antivirus Technologies. Backup Technologies.
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for all IT related matters.
- Escalation of tickets to problem or change requests.
- Working with third party vendors to resolve tickets.
- Manage all Desktop, Linux, Windows infrastructure.
- Achieve agreed service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
- Contribute to IT projects. Any other associated task as directed by Respect.
- Any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Manager
