Monday to Friday; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time.Qualifications:
- at least 1-year BPO Experience (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply!!!)

Data Entry:
- Ensure accuracy of data entry, and compliance with service levels. Application Processing:
- Assist mortgage brokers in gathering necessary documentation from clients.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lending institutions.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their mortgage applications.
- Address client inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service standards to all clients.
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
- Communicate with lending institutions and other partners to facilitate a smooth mortgage approval and settlement process.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage industry policies, trends, and best practices.
