- Overall order input and Business Development progress.
- Visits to the customers and business partners to cultivate relationships in order to maintain existing customers and to expand the customer basis.
- Tracking and identification of project opportunities and maintaining data base and ensuring the accuracy within Salesforce.com.
- Development and forecast accuracy for Order Entry figures.
- Proactively promote the Siemens Energy Control & Digitalization (Controls, Electrical and Digitalization) technology and to develop a sustainable business pipeline and the expected sales targets.
- Enhance Cross-Business Unit sales co-operation.
- Support the Execution team and the bid manager on the proposal compilation process with the goal to turn out successful competitive bids.
- Responsible for Hand over successfully acquired projects to the execution team.
- Reporting to the region Sales Management.
- Degree in the field of Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/ Chemical/Instrumentation Engineering/Business or equivalent;
- At least 8-12 years of experience in a sales/technical sales role, preferably within the Automation / Electrification/ Digitalization has added advantage
- Technical knowledge/Project Management/Bid Management of control systems/electrical system/digital solutions is an added advantage
- Affinity with the new trends and social media
- Good experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially on PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word)
- Good communication in English and local dialect, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Right attitude and solution orientation approach
- Awareness of Environment, Health and Safety
- Requirement to do travelling for customer engagements
