Job Description:Responsible for employee health and safety based on Philippine OSH Standards (DOLE Department Order No. 198-18), Republic Act 11058, and relevant DOLE regulations. Oversees workplace health programs, emergency response, medical surveillance, and compliance.Duties and Responsibilities

Provide first aid, workplace health services and conduct work place health related educational training/sessions to employees (occupational disease prevention, mental health, lifestyle diseases, ergonomics, etc.)
Coordinate pre-employment medical exam schedules with new hires and partner clinic and help track results
Provide assistance on HMO benefits-related inquiries and required support
Conduct health assessments and monitor medical conditions related to workplace hazards
Support annual physical, exams vaccination, health surveillance programs and similar activities
Manage clinic operations, equipment and confidential medical records
OSH Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Ensure compliance with RA 11058 and DOLE orders
Help implement Occupational Safety and Health Program
Maintain records as per DOLE requirements and wubmit required health and safety reports as needed
Assist in hazard identification and risk assessment
Participate in Safety and Health Committee activities
Actively participate in emergency preparedness and response initiatives and implementation
Deliver emergency medical care during workplace incidents
Aid in emergency/disaster response planning
Coordinate with external responders
Record and support accident investigations
Health Promotion and Employee Wellness
Develop employee wellness programs
Track occupational injuries, illnesses, and exposures
Work with Safety Officers and management on OSH initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
PRC Licensed Registered Nurse
BOSH Training for Nurses an advantage
First Aid and Basic Life Support Certification an advantage
Minimum 6 months clinical or occupational health nursing experience preferred
Experience in corporate/industrial clinic an advantage
Willing to work night shift or shifting schedules as needed
