The Customer Success Representative will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, focusing on resolving technical issues, enhancing user engagement, and contributing to our growth through targeted marketing and research strategies. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support : Promptly resolve customer technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up via email to confirm resolution and maintain open lines of communication. User Engagement : Boost user engagement by delivering educational materials and monitoring account activities. Identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Market Research and Expansion : Utilize ZoomInfo for extracting data to identify expansion opportunities within current industries and explore new markets. Analyze data to inform targeted email campaigns and outreach strategies. Email Campaign Management : Design and execute email campaigns for both current customers and potential expansion opportunities, aiming to increase engagement and drive growth. Customer Relationship Management : Conduct account health checks and facilitate meetings between customers and Customer Success Managers to maintain and strengthen relationships. Manage current and future customer data for ongoing outreach and retention efforts. Desired Skills and Qualifications: HubSpot Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, including its CRM and marketing automation platforms. Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms. Must be able to engage with customers empathetically and professionally. Research and Analytical Skills : Strong capability to conduct market research and analyze data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. Problem-Solving Orientation : Aptitude for quickly understanding and resolving technical problems, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
