QualificationsTechnical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for company devices.
  • Escalate advanced issues to the System Admin as needed.
  • Assist employees with login issues, application access, and device usage.
Device Setup & Maintenance
  • Assist with installation and setup of company devices under the supervision of the System Admin.
  • Perform routine updates, checks, and upkeep of devices as directed.
  • Support equipment preparation for new hires and collection from exiting employees.
Asset & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all company technology assets in the inventory system.
  • Update trackers and sheets for device assignment, usage logs, and user activity as needed.
  • Support data organization and help maintain structured filing/reporting systems.
  • Assist in generating usage or device-related reports when requested.
Process & Compliance Support
  • Follow established IT processes and assist in keeping process documents updated.
  • Monitor for any device or system irregularities and report to the System Administrator.
  • Assist in basic security practices, such as communicating reminders about device care, safe usage, and handling of sensitive information.
Collaboration & Assistance
  • Support other departments with exporting data, generating simple reports, and updating trackers.
  • Assist with basic setup of tools such as softphones, CRM accounts, and other essential software under guidance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the System Administrator or Management.
