This includes collating and preparing weekly business results to provide real-time insights into their financial performance. Additionally, you'll manage payroll processing for a team of six employees, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements. Demonstrates sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm. Possesses a resourceful, can-do attitude. Exposure to Xero with 1-3 years of experience as an AU Accountant. What awaits you in this role Collate and prepare weekly business results. Process payroll for 6 employees. Generate customer invoices. Issue STC sale invoices. Create invoices for manufacturers for labor reimbursements for warranty claims. Generate purchase orders/bills for all contractors. Generate purchase orders/bills for all wholesalers. Prepare bills ready for payment by management. Reconcile monthly closing stock for physical stock and STCs. Assist with transition to Xero stock system. Manage rebates commission payable by manufacturers. Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable. Manage debtor accounts. Handle customer finance submissions. Administer sales rep commission payments and reporting. Perform monthly review of accounts for accuracy. Provide monthly financial and management reporting to management. Prepare BAS/IAS. Prepare accounts for accountants for year-end tax lodgments. Stay up to date with Australian tax law changes relevant to the industry. Report TPAR to ATO. Provide general administrative support and tasks, including preparation of ad hoc administrative work as required.
