We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of HRIS systems. This role is essential in supporting both employees and management in HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives and communication
Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records using an HRIS system
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee questions
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on compensation matters

Performance Management & Training

Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
Coordinate employee training and development activities
Maintain up-to-date documentation of performance reviews

Offboarding & Exit Management

Facilitate employee resignations, terminations, and exit interviews
Ensure proper clearance procedures are followed
Analyze exit data for insights and improvement
