Location: Georgetown, Penang - Livingston Tower About the Role We are hirin g Tagalog Customer Success Specialis ts to support a global smart devices clie nt. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, and general product support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries v ia phone, chat, and em ail in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues Perform basic to intermedia te technical troubleshoot ing related to smart devices and applications Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions in internal systems Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery Working Hours Monday to Sunday (rotational sh ifts) Operating ho urs: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM 9 hours per day (including 1-hour meal break) 5 working days per week Salary & Benefits Salary to be discussed Medical coverage and structured training provided Requ irements Native or fluent Tagalog (ma ndatory) English proficiency (conversational to business level) English proficiency for internal communication Minimum Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred) Experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is an advantage Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Comfortable worki ng in a shift-based, fast-paced env ironment Why Join Us Support a well-established global smart devi ces client Competitive salary with clear incentive structure Structured onboarding and ongoing training Career development opportunities within a global or ganization
