Leads and supports Lean Implementation Programs, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, and development and presentation of training materials
Leads and manages productivity and savings projects of plant accounts and division-wide optimization initiatives
Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computations
Leads and facilitates Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process
Generates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports, SAP Master Recipe and Production Version maintenance, development of data spreadsheets or programs

Qualifications:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.
With 5-7 years of work experience
Advance skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint; Power BI programming a plus
Has experience in leading and facilitating projects and case studies
Willing to travel both local and international
Willing to render overtime, work on extended hours and go on shifts as needed
Experience and knowledgeable in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Sigma Belt is a plus
