If you thrive at the intersection of process excellence and technology, this is your chance to make a global impact.What You'll DoAssess and prioritize existing business processes for automation potential, building a pipeline for high-impact opportunities.Evaluate feasibility, estimate development effort, and define technical infrastructure needs for each automation initiative.Collaborate with process owners, automation developers, and business process experts to translate business requirements into process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions that drive efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned department projects, guiding teams from development, testing, and implementation.Design, configure, and document workflows that are well-structured, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.Peer‑review automation workflows to ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and automation concepts.Experience with process assessment, continuous improvement, automation scoping, designing and developing RPA workflows, AI agents, and change management.Knowledge of designing and developing AI agents (e.g., workflow automation, conversational agents), along with VBA, Excel macro automation, and digital tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.What Will Set You ApartLean Six Sigma certification or proven continuous improvement experience.Experience supporting 2-3 concurrent automation projects across multiple departmentsUiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism experienceFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint planning.A consultative mindset paired with strong change‑management capabilities.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
