We're looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit. Position Responsibilities Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed Report all system issues that may affect the operations Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management Required Qualifications With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications.
