We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes—from inputting rates to generating client invoices—ensuring that all records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal and client expectations.If you're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and experienced in billing or accounting (especially within the health insurance space), we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do:Accurately enter billing rates into internal systems for both clients and vendors.Prepare and process timely and accurate invoices and client statements.Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues promptly.Monitor outstanding balances and support timely collection of payments.Work closely with internal teams to respond to and resolve billing-related inquiries.Keep billing systems and databases consistently updated.Communicate with clients to explain invoices or account activity in a clear and professional manner.Perform regular audits on reporting, rates, and enrollments to ensure billing accuracy.What We’re Looking For:Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field—experience in health insurance is a strong plus.Proficiency in billing tools/systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.A team player with a commitment to excellent client service.
