Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the bid management process by coordinating and organizing all administrative tasks related to bid submissions. This role involves preparing documentation, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements throughout the bidding process. Responsibilities *Assists in document control and updating trackers; *Helps the department track and manage submission timelines; and *Provides administrative support throughout the bidding process. Qualifications *Graduate of any business-related course *At least one (1) year of experience in bid administration *Familiarity with government procurement and bidding processes is a definite advantage This is a Contractual position (5 months).
