We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for engaging content. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, posting compelling content, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth. Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of social media advertising campaigns. Execute electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns to targeted audiences, including creating content, designing layouts, and managing distribution lists. Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Monitor email campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing objectives and messaging. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus. Experience with social media advertising and email marketing is preferred.
