The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, growth, and expansion of the brand. This role involves strategic business development, partnerships and collaborations, product buying decisions, and ensuring effective merchandising, marketing, and operations. This role will analyze sales reports, monitor product performance, manage pricing strategies, and ensure staff training to uphold brand standards. Responsibilities Creates and drives strategic initiatives to elevate brand identity and market share. Takes on advanced responsibilities in pricing, inventory planning, and business expansion, alongside the Executive role. Oversees staff training and ensures consistency of brand presentation across all retail environments. Leads all principal negotiations and handles product planning, pricing discussions, and issue resolution. Develops high-level business strategies, financial proposals, and oversees the full spectrum of budget management. Coordinates merchandising efforts to ensure effective buying and sell-through performance. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field. Must have 5 years of relevant experience in brand management and with leadership in strategy development and execution. Proven experience in leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels. Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills (particularly with principals/vendors).
