Overview The Broadband Field Execution and Monitoring Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and compliant on-ground execution of Blitz Kabit (BK) 2.0 broadband activations. This role involves conducting field audits, validating site readiness, monitoring execution standards, and driving alignment across regional and cross-functional teams. The role serves as a key bridge between planning and implementation, ensuring site activations are well-executed, aligned with network quality standards, and positioned for success. Functions and Responsibilities Blitz KABIT Standards Implementation: Leads the execution, communication, and field deployment of Blitz KABIT 1.0 and 2.0 execution standards. Ensure alignment and adherence with project plan, guidelines and consistent timely rollout across regions. Site Review & Field Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections and audits of BK deployments nationwide. Identify deviations, capture key learnings, and recommend corrective measures Field Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor regional activities to ensure adherence to process standards and technical requirements. Track performance gaps and escalate recurring issues Prepaid Performance Monitoring: Analyze prepaid broadband activation trends by area; collaborate with regional teams to identify challenges in fulfillment and propose process improvements Process Improvement & Feedback Loop: Identify root causes of execution issues; implement structured feedback loops and refine processes based on field insights, inspection results, and performance reviews Field Team Coordination: Work with regional directors, TSS, ASM and Business Partners to build execution capability, ensure training alignment, and escalate high-risk implementation issues Field Execution Monitoring Conducts regular field visits and audits to ensure that BK site setups adhere to the approved plans, merchandising guidelines, and in-booth execution standards Site & Signal Validation Verifies on-ground site conditions, checking actual signal strength and speed performance versus planned expectations. Provides objective feedback for improvement or adjustment Real-Time Audit Feedback Shares timely feedback and field findings with Regional Sales Teams to address execution gaps, signal issues, or booth-related concerns as they arise Employment Standards Demonstrates high integrity and morals Maintains field discipline, safety, and compliance with operational guidelines. Ensures accuracy in documentation, inspection records, and escalation logs. Acts with urgency, integrity, and team-first mindset. Upholds execution quality and standard consistency nationwide. Job Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing management, business management, operations management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in broadband deployment or field operations, preferably in telecommunications or digital infrastructure. Experience in blitz site inspections, execution audits, or quality assurance is a strong advantage. Process Knowledge Solid understanding of broadband site deployment, technical standards, and fulfillment workflows. Knowledgeable in execution quality control, inspection processes, and field operations governance. Familiar with reporting tools, escalation mechanisms, and compliance tracking systems. Tools & Systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Skilled in using Tableau , or other analytics platforms for monitoring prepaid performance, site execution metrics, and compliance dashboards. Competent in using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, or OneDrive for real-time collaboration, file sharing, and version-controlled documentation.
