THE ROLE We are expanding into long-form video - YouTube interview series, destination showcase films, brand documentaries, and Wendy's extended talking-head content. The Long-form Video Editor uses AI tools to dramatically accelerate every stage of the post-production process: Descript for transcript-based editing, Adobe Premiere Pro's AI tools for audio cleanup and auto-reframe, and Riverside.fm's studio quality for clean source material. You bring the editorial instinct, the colour eye, and the storytelling structure. AI handles the repetitive technical work so you can focus on what makes a video worth watching to the end.
