You will be responsible for redesigning fully SEO-optimized pages for improved performance, building new pages as the business scales, and ensuring websites are both technically sound and conversion-driven.If you excel at WordPress development, have strong SEO expertise, and can blend design with performance optimization in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.Requirements

Redesign existing SEO-optimized WordPress pages to enhance user experience, visual appeal, and conversion rates.

Build and customize WordPress websites and landing pages across multiple client projects, ensuring responsive and mobile-first design.
Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and keyword optimization.
Optimize website performance, improving page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical SEO health.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and funnels.
Conduct regular website audits to identify SEO gaps, UX issues, and conversion bottlenecks
Manage ongoing website maintenance, including updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Provide technical guidance and proactive recommendations to improve SEO performance and user engagement

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in WordPress development and website management (must-have)
Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, technical SEO, and performance optimization) (must-have)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar) Experience improving conversion rates through UX/UI and landing page optimization
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues independently
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience with multi-industry websites or agency environments (preferred)

Tools You'll Use:

CMS: WordPress (must-have)
SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools (must-have)
Design & Builders: Elementor, Divi, WPBakery or similar tools (must-have)
Performance & Security: Cloudflare, caching plugins, security plugins (nice-to-have)
