- Provide functional and technical support in the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules
- Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design, including effort estimation for incoming requirements
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications based on business needs
- Deliver solutions using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
- Drive automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency within the platform
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and deliver working solutions across development sprints
- Develop and maintain application code, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Perform system implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with established software engineering practices and IT service management standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, including incident and defect management
- Conduct impact analysis and testing related to system updates, patches, and upgrades
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in line with defined standards
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in ServiceNow development or solution architecture
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as Generative AI
- ServiceNow certifications
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Background in systems engineering or software development
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and share knowledge within the team
- Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
