Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Testing Specialist (MUST HAVE).
Expertise in the use of a BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) framework based on Cucumber (MUST HAVE).
Knowledge and experience in Automation testing capability (Ruby/Cucumber, Selenium) would be highly advantageous.
Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Ruby, Python etc.)- Must
Knowledge and exposure to API testing (SoapUI and Postman) would be a plus.
Understanding of context-based and risk-based testing of complex business applications.
Good to have knowledge of Jenkins, Git.
Experience utilising tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test planning, execution, and defect management.
Prior experience working on insurance, documents, claims, policy management and billing systems would be beneficial
Track record of experience working on complex core enterprise-wide technology platforms
Experienced with coaching and mentoring junior to mid-level testers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
