Check if scheduled workflows are working correctly, order flow process, and the number of orders in NetSuite and warehouse management system Provide support and resolution to errors in the channel engine and Celigo Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved in the system Your Background To join our team you bring along Degree in information technology or any relevant fields 3 years of experience in after sales processing Proven experience in Ecommerce channel marketplace Experience working with Celigo, or other software that connects marketplaces into the in-house system or managing a warehouse management system Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventories and order processing Sounds exciting but you're not sure if you tick all the boxes We are always happy to read your application and hear your story.
