Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Getting familiar with Distinctive products and services. Adhering to the Company's filing/retrieval procedures while ensuring that all documents are up-to-date. Scanning hard copies and ensuring that scans are clear and legible. Other duties may be assigned from time to time, so it's good that the candidate is adaptable and a multi-tasker. Ensures that borrowed physical files are properly recorded and returned. Making regular back-ups of digital files. Qualifications: College graduate. Computer savvy (MS-Office) Familiar with operating scanners and other office machines. Has skills for organizing digital files and data checking paperwork, digital forms and files and updating or correcting documentation as needed Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and electronic documents and ensures prompt retrieval when needed Able to secure and protect the privacy of documents.
