This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, developing leadership, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: People Management & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive work environment. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. Organizational Development: Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Partner with management to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop succession planning and leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines. Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. HR Operations: Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure proper documentation, HRIS maintenance, and reporting as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
