Key Responsibilities [Product Expertise & Trend Monitoring] - Maintains deep and up-to-date knowledge of Dazzle Me's full product portfolio, including formulations, key benefits, usage techniques, and insights. - Stays abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry. - Supports new product development by providing feedback and insights based on customer behavior and market observations. [Training & Development] - Facilitates product training for internal teams to ensure consistent brand knowledge and messaging. -Develops training materials, quick guides, and briefing decks to support seasonal launches and campaigns. - Showcases product features, application methods- Supports livestreaming and event-based marketing by serving as the product expert.[Feedback & Reporting] - Gathers customer feedback on product performance, satisfaction, and emerging concerns.- Reports insights to the branding and product teams to help guide future improvements and product direction. - Assists in identifying bestsellers, slow-moving SKUs, and opportunities for new product innovations. [Inventory & Merchandising Support] - Monitors product availability and coordinates with cross-functional teams for timely replenishment.
