We continue to provide world-class talent to help small and medium-sized enterprises successfully build their offshore team in the Philippines.About the Role:We are looking for an Quantity Surveyor who can read architectural and interior décor plans, specifications and related documents to manage project bidding, pricing, contracting, submittals, ordering, and change orders.Job Description

Creating a data warehouse to store excel datasets in different formats.
Create software to automate the data upload and calculation/ manipulating processes.
Manage project bidding, pricing, contracting, submittals, ordering, and change orders.
Provide sales support through proposal creation, quote submittals and order generation
Provide customer support for orders including pricing inquiries, technical support, and lead-time status
Develops knowledge in the application and installation procedures for products and technologies
Advises contractors on products, services applications and promotions that best meet their needs under division
Input take-off and detailing data into the company industry software
Identify finishes and request pricing from vendors for each finish & obtain a written quote.
Prepare excel spreadsheets for proposal to include pricing and quantities and complete a professional proposal. Submit completed bid 3 days prior to bid due date.

Qualification

The ability to read architectural and interior décor plans, specifications and related documents.
Excellent computer and software skills and ability to learn take-off software (training provided).
Perform take-offs for all scopes of work to be bid.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in the construction industry a plus or the willingness to learn the industry.
A CAN DO attitude, self-starter and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Amenable to work onsite (Ortigas)
