- Use Captions.ai to auto-caption and style all short-form content before handoff to the editing team
- Brief remote editing team on every video with AI-assisted brief documents generated via Claude
- Monitor post performance within 24 hours — use data to brief the next week's content iterations
- Connect every piece of content to a commercial CTA — concierge DM keyword, supplier membership, platform sign-up
- Maintain a 4-week rolling content bank using AI tools to ensure publishing never stops
- Bring 5–10 new content ideas to Wendy every Monday — use Claude and platform trend data to generate and rank ideas
- 2–4 years producing personal brand or founder-led social content — portfolio demonstrating Instagram Reels performance is required
- Demonstrable understanding of hook-first structure and what makes a Reel earn its view in the first 3 seconds
- Proven ability to write in someone else's authentic voice — scripts that sound like a real person, not a brand
- Comfortable using AI tools daily as a production accelerator — not as a replacement for judgment, but as a multiplier
- Based in Sydney with genuine availability on-site at least 3 days per week
- Commercial mindset — every post has a job to do and you know what that job is
- Familiarity with ManyChat or keyword-triggered Instagram DM automation
- Understanding of the luxury wedding, destination travel, or lifestyle space
- LinkedIn content strategy experience for B2B and investor audiences
- Knowledge of Cody Sanchez, Alex Hormozi, or Steven Bartlett's content model
