Lead the team to maintain a high standard of service
Prepare reports including but not limited to room occupancy and revenue data
Solicit guest feedback in order to enhance the hotels performance
Create an exception experience for all hotel guests
We are looking for someone who:

Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
