Job Description As an ERP/Software Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. Your role will involve converting Sage 100 ERP modules to NetSuite or another ERP, converting and customizing ERP and database, automation, and reporting. We need someone with experience in coding and SQL to extract data and modify existing codes to another software. Proven experience in ERP development, implementation, and maintenance, preferably with systems such as Sage100 and NetSuite. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and JavaScript, and experience with ERP-specific development tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, architecture, modules, and business processes across various functional areas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customize and configure ERP modules to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to finance, human resources, supply chain management, and customer relationship management. Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications, databases, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Perform data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and consistency within the ERP system. Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
