Job Overview As an Account Manager, you will be: Managing and ensuring your portfolio of accounts is effectively managed and maximize revenue growth. Working closely with internal creatives team and ecommerce managers to develop, execute and manage smooth delivery of innovative and impactful digital ecommerce campaigns and content. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their creative needs and objectives. Contributing to the development of creative strategies that align with clients' overall business goals and objectives. Experience Needed A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile: Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, advertising or a related field At least 4+ years of experience in account servicing role. Proven track record of managing successful, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge in creative and Gen AI tools for content production will be an added advantage. Ability to think strategically and to understand business objectives and how they can be achieved through creative solutions PERSONALITY TRAITS Beyond these specific experiences and qualifications, the successful candidate will also demonstrate the following Customer focus: Provides satisfaction for both internal and external customers and creates partner relationships. Communication (written & oral): Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships in addition to excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Organized: Able to work independently, effective time management skills with the ability to manage digital transformation projects; Must be able to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks and possess a "sense of urgency" to ensure deadlines are met. Team player: Demonstrates a strong ability to support department staff members, managers and establish collaborative relationships with peers.
