Build robust, reusable, and well-documented data models using dbt and SQL
Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows from source systems to semantic layers
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to drive business insights and decision-making
Collaborate with business units to translate analytic requirements into effective technical solutions
Implement version control, testing, and documentation practices to ensure quality and consistency of analytics assets
Integrate and optimize analytics platforms with Databricks and other cloud data solutions for scalability and performance
Contribute to data governance, metadata enrichment, and enterprise-wide analytics initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related technical disciplines
dbt (data build tool) certification preferred; Power BI, Databricks, or Azure Data Engineering certifications are a strong advantage
5 to 7 years delivering end-to-end solutions
Strong expertise in SQL, dbt, Power BI dashboard design, scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ELT frameworks, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as Databricks or Azure Synapse
Demonstrated competencies in communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, results orientation, and leadership skills including strategic thinking, problem solving, innovation, and team empowerment
