Join us and be part of a highly engaged team, and a workplace that promotes development and goal attainment.Whether you're just starting out, or already a seasoned professional, EastWest can help you unleash your potential, and bridge the gap between dream to success.What the role will entailConceptualize and execute champion-challenger programs across all credit cycles, supporting new engines of growth such as embedded financing, SME initiatives, bureau strategies, and portfolio segmentation.Provide business and risk frameworks (profitability models, risk appetite, benchmarking, and efficiency initiatives) including automation of reporting and processes.Conduct research on evolving credit strategies and contribute to portfolio management discussions to identify risks and opportunities.Review and endorse program proposals, policies, and procedures to assess compliance and risk implications prior to senior management approval.Ensure projects are well-defined, aligned with business objectives, documented, and appropriately reported, while effectively managing risks and escalation.Write system requirement specifications (e.g., use cases, data models, mock-ups) and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.What we're looking forGraduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Management/Industrial Engineering)At least 5+ years of experience in credit operations, risk systems administration, compliance functions, or consumer bankingStrong background in UAT testing, data analysis, and program/project executionProven ability to manage and oversee critical tasks with high attention to accuracy and timelinesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyWhat you can expect from joining our teamCareer development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and benefitsPerformance-based incentives and recognition programsOpportunities to work with industry experts and business leadersClear career progression paths to support your professional growth
