- Manage and coach a team of outbound SDRs
- Monitor daily activity metrics including calls, meetings scheduled, and qualification rates
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates
- Ensure SDRs consistently meet performance expectations
- Develop and refine outbound calling strategies to reach decision makers in senior care organizations
- Identify target markets, account segments, and prospect lists
- Improve scripts, messaging, and outreach processes
- Ensure SDRs generate a consistent volume of qualified meetings for the sales team
- Track meeting quality and conversion into sales opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure meetings meet qualification standards
- Ensure all SDR-scheduled meetings meet BANT qualification standards
- Validate budget, authority, need, and timeline before handoff to sales
- Maintain strong qualification discipline to protect sales team time
- Track SDR KPIs including calls per day, meetings booked, meeting quality, and show rates
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching or process improvements
- Partner with marketing to improve targeting and outbound messaging
- Share insights from outbound conversations to refine positioning
- Identify new verticals or segments with strong demand
- Build and maintain a consistent outbound meeting pipeline
- Drive high SDR activity levels and accountability
- Ensure meetings are properly qualified before reaching sales
- Continuously improve outbound conversion rates
- Establish clear outbound processes and performance expectations
- Improve SDR call-to-meeting conversion rates
- Ensure meetings delivered to sales are consistently well-qualified
- Build a repeatable outbound motion that drives steady pipeline growth
- 5 years of experience in managing SDR or business development teams
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience working with a US client
- Proficiency in HubSpot, and other major CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong background in outbound sales and pipeline generation
- Experience building or scaling SDR teams
- Deep understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve team outcomes
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- High English proficiency
- Prior experience in the same or a related industry is highly preferred, particularly candidates familiar with the US healthcare sector.
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with healthcare or senior care technology
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments
